Refund policy

At La Liga Outfitters, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our fan jerseys and offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Customized jerseys (featuring any names, numbers, or patches) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• For non-custom items, if the above conditions are not fully met, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.

Return Process:

1. Contact us first at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Securely package the item with all original materials, including the RA number and your order details.

3. Ship the package to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the exchange is necessitated by our error.
