My card was charged, but I didn't get an order confirmation. What happened?
If the order did not finalize, the charge you see is likely a temporary authorization hold, which your bank should release within 3-10 business days. If the funds have been fully deducted, please contact us immediately with your details so we can resolve the issue.
What if I can't complete my order online?

Order Processing & Shipping
Are all jerseys in stock?
Most of our items are ready to ship. However, high-demand jerseys for popular teams can sell out quickly during peak seasons. The current availability status is shown on each product page.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for packing. Please contact us as soon as possible with your request, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not entered the packing stage. Please see below for the cancellation procedure.
How do I cancel an order?
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team immediately via email or through your account, providing your order number. We will confirm if cancellation is possible and proceed accordingly.
What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
We use reliable tracked shipping from warehouses within the EU. Deliveries within Europe typically arrive in 7-12 business days. For worldwide destinations, delivery usually takes between 7 and 20 business days, depending on location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment's progress on the carrier's website or in your account.
My order is late. What should I do?
First, please check your tracking link for the latest updates. If there has been no movement for an extended period or the delivery is past the estimated window, contact our support team with your order number, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date for items in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Personalized/customized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
How long do refunds or exchanges take?
After we receive your returned item, processing takes 3-5 business days. Refunds are then issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Are there any fees for returns?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or it was defective. We do not charge any additional restocking or processing fees for approved returns.
